                                                               Introducing Urban Pooch LEVELS Training!

We are thrilled to launch a NEW, Innovative Class structure for our obedience classes here at the Urban Pooch Training and Fitness Center. Comparable to a gym membership for your pooch, Urban Pooch LEVELS is meant to be more flexible than any traditional 6-week class by offering unlimited training sessions during your enrollment.

By eliminating the traditional 6-week structure, you and your pooch will never have to fret over any schedule changes or make-up fees. We will still offer our large variety of classes in all categories, so please check our website for more class details.

How it Works: Instead of picking one class to take for 6 weeks, our Urban Pooch LEVELS obedience classes will now require you to enroll your pooch in LEVELS Training. The length of your enrollment is your choice entirely; we will be offering 1-month, 2-month, 4-month, and 6-month membership packages. During your enrollment, you may attend as many class sessions as you wish as long as the class is at your dog’s appropriate Level.

Let’s say that you’re busy at work and you can’t make your usual Monday 6:00 pm Level 1 class; have no fear, as you can attend a Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday Level 1 class(es)! Unlimited classes and built-in flexibility make this program easily work for your busy lifestyle!

If you and your pooch are over-achievers – you can attend more classes per week – and even use a few sessions as “practice” – then progress more quickly! Much more effective than any other “traditional obedience” 6-week class in Chicago! With Urban Pooch LEVELS – you have the potential to achieve far more in any given timeframe than at any other training facility!

Graduation / LEVEL-Up: Since there is no formal schedule to your enrollment, moving up to the next level is dependent on your pooch’s individual progress. What this means is that you and your dog will be able to learn at your own pace, and your dog can level-up as soon as they meet their corresponding level’s goals. As long as your pooch completes the requirements of the level, regardless of the time it takes to do so, they will advance to the next highest LEVEL!

Or if you feel that your dog needs to brush up on skills from any previous level, the unlimited structure allows you to do that freely within your enrollment. As an added bonus, you and your pooch can pop into any previous Urban Pooch LEVELS class at any time during your membership.

Goals and Requirements: Regardless of prior knowledge or previous training, ALL dogs are required to start in Level I. This is to ensure that your pooch’s foundational knowledge will set them up for success as they advance through progressive levels. Again, when your dog confidently completes all requirements for their current level, they will have the opportunity to move up to the next Level.

NOTE:  Proof of vaccinations and a clear fecal exam are required to take part in  classes.
